Sweet Mama String Bean, Storyteller asks the question:

Is the Court House Haunted?

The Old Warren County Courthouse has at least four different ghosts; in the jail cells, the first floor, the hallway, the exhibit areas and the library.  I am a storyteller not a ghost hunter so here are the stories from more than one person's experience.

Before the padded bodies were put on the cots in the jail cells some people saw forms in the cell.
The Bird whistle calls used by the Native Americans and Rogers Rangers are heard within the rooms of the Court House.
The radio which has no batteries, and is not plugged in the wall will play music.
The chairs in the library under the table will be full of water even though no pipes run above the room.

These are the stories of the unusual happenings but I have only one persons tale and I would like to hear another version before I add it to the collection of WHAT'S HAPPENING AT THE COURTHOUSE.
